Boutique Facility

Our facility gives you the best of both worlds! Whether you like the traditional setup with a one-way mirror or prefer a non-traditional setup with more privacy for clients and participants, we are here to make that happen.

Observation Room One

Traditional viewing room set-up with a 13-foot-wide one-way mirror and private access door for clients.

Focus Group Room One

Large room with mounted whiteboard and touchscreen monitor, plus additional space to set up tables or display racks. Room can be converted into a living room set-up.

Observation Room Two

Theater-style set-up with 75” 4K Video Monitor; HD camera with zoom in/out capabilities. The room includes a phone booth for clients. Overall, clients have more privacy and participants have less distractions.

Focus Group Room Two

Private conference room with a mounted whiteboard and a mounted monitor (can easily and wirelessly be connected to a laptop).

Client Lounge/Translator Room

Private room that clients can use without missing the focus group room conversation. This room can also be used for the translator so clients can enjoy a seamless simultaneous translation experience.

HD Recording and HD IBM Streaming

Most facilities only offer SD recording and streaming. We offer both in HD quality! Video/audio files are digitally delivered.
