Customer Segmentation

Customers may have similar backgrounds, but in reality they make decisions differently, requiring marketers to use targeted communications. ConneXion helps you segment your customers and thus reach them more efficiently. ConneXion is able to create customized segmentation models based on your target audience and/or customer base.

ConneXion has also developed a proprietary Hispanic segmentation tool. Other Hispanic segmentation models focus solely on acculturation but we have gone a step further to create layers. Our tool identifies unique groups of Hispanic consumers between the ages of 18 and 54 according to their shopping behavior, acculturation level, technology usage and political preferences. Using a small set of “marker” questions, we can specifically apply this segmentation to your Hispanic consumers for a fraction of the cost of a traditional segmentation project.

Federal, State and Local Government Research

ConneXion Research has experience conducting research for government agencies. We understand the culture and the expectations to make sure each project is executed efficiently and within all governmental guidelines. We are a small, minority owned and certified business and work smart to be an extension of your team. Our lead representative for government projects is a US Army Veteran with 16 years of experience managing large government contracts.

Reginald grew up in a military family and is an Army Veteran of 13 years, Airborne Qualified and served with the 101st Airborne Division. His father retired 28 years from the Air Force with three of his siblings also serving, two in the Air Force and one in the Army.

He is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Federal, State and Local Government bid process. Reginald is skilled in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Team Building, Business Development and Account Management. He has a bachelor’s degree focused in Business Administration/Management from Huston-Tillotson University.

He has corporate and government sales experience with major companies such as MCI Telecommunications, Allstar Systems, and CompuAdd Computer.

Since 2015 he has been dedicating part of this time as a Houston Independent School District Associate Teacher.
He is also a proud Lifetime Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Cross-Cultural Market Research

Products made by these companies have a great appeal to General Market consumers whose palates have expanded, and they crave different experiences.
