Brands that make it a point to understand deeply the\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">differences in\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">ethnicities, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and cultures, strengthen their marketing strategies\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">which can result\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">in faster growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Companies in the S&amp;P 100 that received first and second ratings for including women, minorities, and people of diverse sexual orientation include Citigroup, Merck, JP Morgan Chase, and Coca Cola. Another 11 companies ranked third, including American Express, Dell, McDonald\u2019s, and PepsiCo. What these companies also have in common, is that they are all top mega international brands. Their consumer reach is greater than most companies, which perhaps relates to their diverse workforce. Investing in a diverse workforce effectively\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">drives\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">innovation, increase<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">s<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0creativity, and makes recruitment easier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">One\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">group<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0in the U.S. that has been demonstratin<\/span><span lang=\"EN\">g a constant growth and will continue to grow in the workforce are Hispanics.
